Our HVAC unit begin having a burnt electrical smell to it. Farmers HVAC came out and found that we had a bad part. They checked on the part and found that it was exceedingly expensive and discontinued. The warehouse only had one left. Farmers HVAC gave me my options, and we decided to go with a new unit. They not only responded quickly to the service call, but also installed the unit the same day. Very happy with the end results.
